Client agrees to make payment in full or via monthly standing order to UMEIR FITNESS.
UMEIR FITNESS will not commence any services until:
a. Session(s) paid in full, or
b. Monthly direct debit mandate approved and payments set-up

A non-refundable booking fee of £25 will be claimed by UMEIR FITNESS from the price of plan.
This secures the Clients booking onto purchased plan.
Client has a 7-day cancelation period for session(s) purchased.
Within the 7-day cancellation period any training session(s) completed between Client and UMEIR FITNESS will be paid to Company.
Outstanding session(s) will be reimbursed to Client at the session rate.
This is also applicable to group sessions.
UMEIR FITNESS will not reimburse session(s) purchased after the 14-day cancellation period. Client must provide notice in writing to UMEIR FITNESS requesting cancellation of session(s).
Client has a 7-day cancellation period for plans(s) purchased.
Within the 7-day cancellation period Client will be reimbursed the cost of plan.
Client must provide notice in writing to UMEIR FITNESS requesting cancellation of plan.
Minimum 12 week agreement with UMEIR FITNESS, once passed first 7 days then the Client will be liable to pay for the remaining weeks of the agreement.
UMEIR FITNESS will pay Client any refund within 3-5 business days.
